Problem with Accumark V13 and computers cpu's

Hello, I have problem with your accumark V13 software. We bought cutter and software, but no one informed us that it will not work with all prosessors. We bought one computer that does not run this software at all. Pattern design freeze on start up. Can someone tell me on what cpu's this program runs !!

Or is the problem with current Windows version that is Win10 64 home ? All updates are done.

If you look into the "System-requirements", you will see the supported OS. Home-editions are not supported, does not necessarily mean, it will not work, but in case of problems we are unable to support you.

The CPU must support the AVX instruction .
