x-motor axis

Morning

not sure how this work.

I have a technical question, GT3250 cutter x-axis motor making a very loud rattling noise while servo is on. can any one experience this type of problem?

    Nick, i don't know if you mean this:

    If cutter is idle, there is a humming noise coming from the servo-motors. If a little force is applies to the particular axis (try push the beam  at little), the sound may disappear. This is normal due to the DPWM-control. If there is a different noise, there may be a mechanical or electronic fault.
    Does it occur during movement of that axis as well?

    Jost thanks for answering.

    so the noise is only present on the x axis motor. and only went I send to cut any program. I can move the x axis manually and it wont make the noise.
