to graded a pattern with shrinkage

sanedesanede Posts: 6
I am grading a pattern that contain 8% shrinkage, I should add 8% shrinkage into grading figure. I am wondering are there such a function that the PDS can add the shrinkage rate when inputting the grading data?

You can add shrink/straight separate off grade. You can do this in PDS direct to pieces. As well in model editor separate off pieces.
And add to marker (order) separate off model/pieces. This way is more useful.
But. Do you will make marker?

PDS,MODEL or ORDER shrinkage function will change the base size, I don't want to change the base size pattern which has been contain shrinkage. but I just wondering there are nobody know it should be add the shrinkage rate into the grading data

If a base size's pieces contain shrinkage then all graded size will too.
Or. you can not add shrinkage in order for marker with base size. And add for order else sizes.

Or explaine, please, how you add shrinkage only to base size but not to others

    Hi sanede
the best way is once you generate your marker (plt or cut) you can add 8% shrinkage and you keep your pattern with reel measurement.
