Why are my PLM permissions not working correctly?

I'm adding new users to permission groups that already exist, but they are still not getting the permissions that the groups entail. What should I do?

    Please try to edit the user group and choose "save all" in the group to reset the permissions.

    If this does not resolve the problem, please contact PLM support. If you provide them with the username that is having difficulty, they will be able to help the user gain proper permissions.
