Cloud license

I renewed (and paid for) my cloud license 3 weeks ago. I just went to sign in to work on a project and can't launch accumark as it says I don't have an active/current license. I have email and physical main confirmation of payment and renewal of the subscription, as well as the fact that the payment shows in my bank account.

Has anyone dealt with this before? I have a lot of work to get through this weekend and can't afford to wait for customer service to open on Monday.

How do I get accumark to recognize the license?
