Paragon cutter H series/Job Reports

How do we pull the job reports off the computer with the units of measure for each category . I get a lot of information but, I don't know what any of it means. When you print out the Job history report the legend for the graph doesn't show up either. How can I fix this so that I can maximize my efficiencies in production?
