Accumark Explorer

Hi,

We are running v9. We changed the key from the front to the back of the computer today.

But we lost the Quick Fliter Bar and the Tool Bar  in Explorer.

We tried View (toolbar) with no luck

    Open a windows explorer window, go to 
    c:\documents and settings\Username who lost the toobar\application data\Gerber Technology\roaming\AccuMark Explorer\AMXPLORE.ini  
    Delete the AMXPLORE.ini file  If your not finding the file tell me what operating system do you have and I can send different information.

  • We also lost our quick filter bar and tool bar in AccuMark Explorer version 8.5.1.137 . I went into View>Toolbar and the the toolbar is currently selected.  I tried deselected the toolbar and checked it again to see what would happen.  Nothing happened during that process.

    I tried following the advice you gave to Darren but got lost in the process.   I went into Devices and Drives >> Selected Windows (C:) and I can't find a "document and setting" folder.  I tried roaming through each folder but had no luck.

    Our operating system is Windows 8.1.

    We look forward to resolving this issue.  Let me know if there is further information you require.
