Preparing Patterns for Production

Hi :-)

Sometimes my patterns will have a hidden internal line that I forgot to delete or extra and/or missing notches.

I am developing my own method for double checking each piece but I'm just wondering if there are any tricks/extra steps/special functions within Gerber that anyone uses to help in preparing their patterns for production.

Thanks in advance!

It very important to pay attention to details.  Single piece reports will show piece details including internal labels and notches.  In marker marking, you can display internals by labels and notches.  This label feature found since V10.4 is very useful and will be helpful in double checking what is on your pieces and controlled by your annotation table, notch table, p-parameter table.

You can use the View\lines\hide function to hide the perimeter lines and check for internals which may be on top of an internal.  Once the perimeters are hidden you can clearly see the internal to delete it.
You can hide all but one internal, there always needs to be one visible.
