Z1 Contour Vision/Axis software errors

I have a Z1 cutter with Contour Vision.  A few times a day, every day, I get this error
"ProcessManager has stopped working"
The only way to clear it is to stop the Axis software, reboot the PC, then start it again.  It is not any particular time this happens.  It is usually while we are using the ContourVision scanning, but it has also happened when we are cutting NC files.

Ideas on what could be causing it?  I've tried clearing out temp & large log files.  I can't figure out where ProcessManager is getting tripped up.
