Creating a Stroke but having the cut be the edge of that stroke

Greetings. This is a pretty simple question. Sorry if it has been asked before....... IF you draw a circle in Composer and  you add a .500 or 1.00 stroke to it…..How do I adjust the file to where the cut will be on the outer side or the inner side of the stroked circle instead of the actual diameter of that circle?  In otherwords, have the cut be made where the added stroke is.

    Hi Tom, 
     The plotter can only cut on objects not strokes. Depending on the version of Omega you have you can select the stroked object then goto Tools menu and select "expand strokes" option. This will create objects where the thickness of the stroke is displayed. This then gives you a line that the plotter can cut.
