No Rule Table When Digitizing

When I go to digitize a pattern the rule table does not show up so nothing can be digitized. Any solutions? I tried deleting the digitizer and redownloading, checked all the storage areas, reset the computer and digitizer, with no luck.

    1. Digitizer's file can be damaged.
    Close wdigit.exe
    Open AccuMark Utilities, Find CHECK STORAGE AREA, point/check digitizer box. OK to finish.
    Restart wdigit.exe
    2. Write here how you digitize. What pressing....

    @liz_aerotechdesigns Your Digitizing Process Preferences may be damaged. Go to c:\userroot\devq\digitzer and delete the content in this folder. Restart the digitizer from Hardware Configuration as a local admin and then try again.
