YPLM Users - Please do not update to Mac OS 10.13.4 - Safari Upload Image Issue
We were just alerted earlier today about a critical issue that is affecting what appears to be any version of YuniquePLM for clients that are working on a Mac laptop/desktop and have updated to the latest Mac OS 10.13.4
ISSUE
While using the Safari browser a user will receive an **error when uploading images **to our application.
We are currently investigating this issue and looking to see what we can do to address it.
PLEASE ADIVSE
Do not update users Mac machines to 10.13.4 until we can further review and correct this issue.
WORKAROUND
Thankfully there is a simple solution for any client that has users that have upgraded - Use Chrome Internet Browser. This will allow the users to continue to upload images without any errors.
I will be posting a followup on this thread as soon as we have the issue resolved or further updates to provide.
