MP PLOTTER 1800 ROLLERS NOT SPINNING

Morning All, 

Hope this message finds you well. I was hoping someone could help me figure out why the rollers on my MP PLOTTER are not spinning when I print out a marker.

Hi @CMC,
If You paper winding rollers aren't moving this might by due to alignment issues during the assembling of Plotter. But if only the rod is not moving then try using the revers rolling option...

@Vasyl, Markes are printing perfectly fine. It's the rollers that help wrap the paper around the metal rod - they're non-moving. Literally just stopped working.

@MuhammadOwais, yes it is the paper winding rollers that do not work. The rollers have been running perfectly fine for around 3 years. It's just one day I've come in and they've stopped working. What is the reverse rolling option?
