I cant import some of my zip files, How can I solve this problem?

Hi, When I try to import some of my ziped files I get a pop up window that says: Error unzipping file.
Has anyone had the same problem or know what could be wrong with the files that Im trying to import?

Also sometimes the other side sends data (userroot or storage area) directly zipped from Windows explorer. Try to open the zip file directly and if You see any folder in it, just unzip it and copy it in any of the userroot folder...
