Pattern Data points Has been deviate with Original Pattern when save as and export

Hi, 

I have got the issue when Accumark Pattern open and Save as With Othername and Export 
Data point has been deviate with original pattern. 

Especcially this has been occur in the critical points such as Nothces and V shape points etc..... 

What can be happen and reason for this kind of mis matching occuring please ?
