Plotter Wizard not opening

We've just installed Accumark V15.1 and on one laptop, the Plotter Wizard will not open when trying to set up connection to a remote plotter.
Anyone else come across this? It opens ok on other laptops with V15.1 installed at the same time?

    There is no need to use Plotter Wizard to set up a connection to a remote plotter. All you need to do is follow the directions in Configuration Notes which are installed on to your desktop in AccuMark V15 folder. You need to go to AM-Explorer-File Options and update your PLOT QUEUE 4 character unique ID. Once you have the mapped drive to the remote queue and a 4 character name defined, that will enable you to "see" the actual plot queue on the mapped drive in the dev.q folder
