Marking v14.2. problem to take a piece.

VasylVasyl Posts: 1,507 ✭✭✭✭
On my pc the Marking working well. I click on piece and last one following by cursor.

But there it's working bad on customer's pc. Just i click on piece and it dropping in marker. Like put piece in marker.

I found next. Here no matter when i click on piece. The cursor jumping to center of piece. And last one are following by cursor.

But on customer's pc i have to click right to center of piece. Then the piece are following by cursor.
If i click not to center the piece are placing in marker instead following by cursor.

What is reason if problem? A dchow to fix it?

    in the tool box there are three blue icons that mess around with manipulating the pieces, i suspect the issue is that these are not clicked to be active.

    @ASMITH. Hi.
    Check next. If you click anywhere on piece the cursor will jump to center and hold piece. Next the piece will follow cursor.

    There the situation is same in customer only i'll click in center. Else - not center - it looks like i will drop piece in direction from center to place i click.

    @Vasyl I would export their settings for marker maker, and import yours and see if that fixes it because if it does that pretty much means that there is a setting somewhere that needs to be changed, I have looked in the settings and I didnt see anything that sounds like a auto lock but that doesnt mean its not there, could be a hot key that someone accidentally pressed as well.

    @ASMITH, good idea. I'll try.
    My suggestion is that we are usign different builds. I'll check just got connection to customer's PC.
