WHY ARE MY CUT LINES OFF WHEN I GO TO CUT.

When I go to cut my letters/numbers are over lapping. What would cause that? It cuts out fine most of the time! I am having trouble with the over lapping on this one job. I did do the reset and the test cuts and they are coming out great!

    I had a similar experience on a high ply fabric cutter. Calibration would fix it for a short time, then it started overlapping again. The reason turned out to be belt tension on one axis.
