    Hi, Gerber are experiencing license server problems which means that none of us can log in.

    This message will periodically pop up and can currently be ignored.  Please be sure to select OK and be sure to not log out of AccuMark.  You should be able to continue working in the solution.  The product management team has been alerted.  Thanks your post.

    Any news? We have couple of users that logged out and thus cannot continue working.
    Any advise?

    4 PM EST time and still no update.
     At least Gerber can post a message or notification instead of waiting for customers to figure out that system is not functional.

    EGGGSACTLY! our IT was facing this issue with two different stations, so finally I logged into forums and could see that its not our issue.
    But some kind of notification or announcement to the licensed users would be nice, so as to not waist  time.

    Hi Do we know if this issue has been resolved, I have a user that can not log in. it is 6.53 am CST here.

    Any ETA? This is a cloud service and We do not have any other option.
     We are using this software in the classroom and our students could not use it and caused a cancellation

    The status log is full. You can go into c:\userroot\system\license folder and delete the status.log file. That will refresh and start a new clean log file.

    we are using Cloud based licensing and customerportal.gerbertechnology.com is not working!

If you do not log out of the license, you should still be able to use the applications.
