Computer keeps getting Unexpected Overflow Error [1899]

Hi there, as mentioned my wife wants to do her homework at home on my computer which is a pretty powerful machine. We had no problems in the past running this on my computer but now we keep getting this message that says Unexpected Overflow Error [1899]. Please contact Gerber Technology. >

Try this fix and see if it works:
1. Go to Your Power Plan settings in the control panel
2. Change Advance Power Settings
3. Under USB Settings >> USB Selective Suspend Settings >> Disable it
