GERBER AAMA to ASSYST - missing notches

Hello everybody,
I am having another issue with DXF conversion
My Client uses Assyst system and when they import my DXF they cannot see any notches.
The pattern has active seam allowances but before exporting I always swap them so that the cut line is a solid line. Anyone with the same issue, is there any setting specific setting between Gerber and Assyst that i should be aware of?
