Generate Cut data problem

I'm having a problem generation cut data but is just for an specific pattern style I have... when I select generate cut data over my marker the process result is failure... does anyone know why it this?

You've find problem piece.
Return back all pieces from marker.
Next. Place some piece in marker. And generate cut data. If you'll get failure tgen you found the problem piece.
If there will no failure then add next piece to marker and generate.....

Next you have tried to find problem in that piece.
For example the notch's intersection. Or some point is to close to the center of V notch ....
