You are using GMS workstation. Not PDS or PDS-GMS

Cos you have key with GMS (Marking) license. Not PDS

but PDS works when logged in with a different user's account. the issue is only for one user account

Then you have wait for gerber's stuff response.

But... Log in under other users account and show printsreen taskmanager (user tab) over license features background.

There can be other key or network licence configured
