Accumark acces point not found .dll

After intallation of Accumarc 10.3 on Window 10 device by opening of the accumarc explorer error "access point" not found"
cannot find accespoint of the procedure in DLL file. 
C:\Program Files (x86)Gerber Technology\\ Accumark\V10\Akkumark\CopyModel.dll

Furthermore by starting the workstation it doesn't seems "scanning" the storage area's

Check the version of this DLL. Use Windows explorer, browse to that file, rightclick-> Properties->Details. Check the version-number . If it is a different number, it does not meet your installed version.
Have you disabled antivirus-SW? You have full-admin-privileges when you install Accumark? You may uninstall everything from Accumark and re-install .

Thank you Jost. I did check and the number and was different. So I copied the DLL from my other computer on which the program works well.
But if I start the workstation it is still not scanning the storage areas and if I try to open the accumarc explorer it gives the "H0031" mistake / valid accumark license not found even the hasp key is in. Re- install the program gives the same result...

Key is there and the feature = 0 .In the queue there are 8 otherones with a 4digit number..

So... A features are present... Not = 0.
Now question "is the 1075 version is equal to 10.3 Accumark's version"...

I not remember exactly. So we have to wait for stuff assist

should be cause on my other computer it's still working with the 1075 version and same key..

Try disable firewall too .
And check isn't you network profile is public.
Switch to private or enterprise

firewall was disabled but network was public indeed and I changed to private and tried to install the programm again. now ik gives 'Error 2753. gerberdevices.exe' is not marked for installation....

The 10.0(.2) hotfixes not match to version 10.3

Is it present in installation package? Sounds like the gerberdevices.exe was removed by antivirus or other issue with installation package .
But this exe file is unnecessary. You can configure devices in Accumark explorer

Yes to configure devices is no problem but the programm stops due to this error

I not remember this problem. cos you have to try.
but move this file to safe place for restoring later. Instead deleting

I cannot find the file with same name indicated. Could it refer to not finding the key?

Try unzip installation package with disabled antivirus.
Or download installation again

after solving the MS error I installed Accumark 10.1 again and the system checks the storage areas after startup! But when I open the explorer the H0031 error occurs. So I tried to install the 10.3 version  with which I work with on my regular computer. Now immediate the message "application corrupt" occurs...    Should I first solve the H0031 error in the 10.1 ?
