This is can be managed with the internal labels located in Settings in Easy Marking.

You have set correct command in annotation table you point in order.
If you want plot internals with label I then you have sett
LABELI         LTn
In annotation table.
n - mean: 0 - not plot, 1 - solid line, 2 - dashed

This is one of our Annotation table:


Also, you can overwrite existing annotation table, but existing markers will not update themselves. You can A) right click on the markers and Regenerate Marker...; or select the update Annotation table when sending markers to plot.
