Hi. Is there same situation with Marking.exe?

Is tghere new PC or you had update Accumark on existing one?

software installed quite new pc Cpu is intel 6700 and graphic card is intel 620. And the windows is updated last one (21H2). The company has got V10.4 accumark and this version does not occur this problem.

as you know when V12.0 version release, Pds needs AVX. I think, medpro application needs some other technology.

I noted this problem in Accumark V12, the medpro application add 3D intel settings, the problem fixes after restart. But after few weeks its occurs again.

I have to fix this error for this user because I dont  want to downgrade version to v11 or v10.4

       thank you

The medpro - meaning oldstyle application. Cos i'd ask about Marking.exe.
Anyway you've check is the correct videodriver installed on newPC.
There i'd faceup same issue in past in customer. There was pure windows installed with standart drivers. And there was the svga driver installed instead origin.

I will check on Monday. And also I will change the graphic card intel to ATI

I checked with  video cards (ATI and Nvidia) and also different intel driver, the problem does not fixed. I think this is not for video card driver problem. Medpro has used new function and this function does not works well.

    What the screen resolution?
Are there switch ON notches, internals, pieces filled.... images on pieces?

So. Are you meaning medpeo - old style app - black background?
  • bickinbickin Posts: 111 ✭✭✭
yes, medpro is classic marker application. the screen resolitoion is 1680x1050.  the problem  occurred after v12 version, because Same company has got 10.4 , this version has not got same problem.
has your machine got same problem?

The same situation present with model editor. Newone isn't useful as oldstyle app.
But lastone lagging in rename mode.

Try set win7/8.. compatible mode in shortcut propeties.

I have the same issue. it takes a while for the pieces to be highlighted before you can click on them. Very frustrating. Its not the PC

Might have something to do with the window layout settings(toolbox, zoom window)
I remember having this issue when the zoom window was docked(or the opposite, floating, not sure anymore, was long time ago)

You can delete the registry keys under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Gerber\MedPro\ to set them back to default. It might help.

@bickin I've also faced this issue in MedPro but in an old system. It was a third gen i7 but when I tried on 9th gen i7, it went well. I think the old processors can't handle it well...
