Problem after update from windows 7 to windows 10

jimmyjimmy Posts: 3
Hello Gerber Community.

We at meuble jaymar, use accumark v8.4 and cutworks, since we updated windows 7 to windows 10, we have encountered a problem with the backup settings. Every time we try to save the user's settings it dissapear and we have to roll back to previous saves. (may 2021)  Before the update we were also able to zoom pieces with the mouse wheel and now we can't.
Some of our users are still with windows 7 and they have none of these problems.

We would like to know if theres a solution to our problem please and thanks in advance.

You must be on AccuMark 10.1 or higher to run Windows 10. AccuMark is not supported on Windows 10 below version 10.1.

You may try to launch apps in win7 compatible mode. Set it in shortcuts propeties. As well launch its as administrator.

But the best solution is  the update Accumark to last version

After changing the compatibility to windows 7 almost everything works fine except the zooming with the mouse wheel on different pieces in accumark. Thanks alot this has been really helpful.

You've try "win XP" as compatible mode also.

We still have the same little problem with windows xp compatible mode activated. It seems as if there was an option in accumark that could change zooming options to be set to mouse wheel but i just can't find it.
