I saved my work in Omega 6.0 and need to recover it

I saved my work in Omega 6.0 on one computer and saved on portable hard drive.  I went to the computer with same software and I get an error that says file is unreadable.  Is there a way to recover the file?  It now is unreadable on both computers.

Thanks in advance for help.

I would suggest if you are getting that error the file is corrupt, somehow. I would suggest contacting technical support @ 800-828-5406.

I would run a Scandisk on the portable drive and see if Windows can repair the drive. Did you use the safely eject/ remove hardware option when removing the USB drive?
If not it's possible Omega/windows was writing to the file or drive when it was removed and thus corrupted the file and it would not be possible to recover it.
