Printed Model No show images of the pieces

I am printing Model Editor but the images stopped show, It configuration Options is correct. My version the accumark is 11.

@IVANLUIZ the pieces may have been deleted or renamed within the storage area.  Do the images appear in Model Editor window?

@Cindy Phan Yes, The images  appear in editor, also when Print Preview the pieces show.

Has there been an answer to this?  Ours just started doing the same thing.  No pic when we print but it shows on the screen.  V11

Glad to hear it's not just me!
I've started doing screen shots of the print preview, as the only work-around.
I was wondering if there was some Adobe update recently that is causing problems?

There is a work around available by deleting  the Windows update “KB5000802“. This will then allow the images to be viewed when printing the model editor to PDF.

I started using version 15.1 this year and the piece images disappeared again.
