Accuplot 320 error 2

I have Accuplot 320 and after hitting enter to initialize plotter the screens shows enabling servo power then error 2: drive status fault detected
Any suggestions?

    This error indicates probably a problem in EStop-Loop. Is a limit switch made? Push Carriage into the middle of the beam, push beam appr. 30 cm away from operator panel to ensure no switch is made.
    Cabling problem inside whip or intermediate ribbon cable? Check Estop loop by looking into the schematics. Mechanical problem with limit-switches ?

    The carriage seems to be in the middle. 
    Not sure how to look into schematics? I’ll check cables but they all looked in good condition.
