AccuMark(10.4) is not responding

Hello to all,

since the beginning of the week, Akkumark Explorer stopped responding for one of our employees(See screenshot). There were no internal changes or similar. 

It gets stuck exactly in this state and does not react anymore. There is no error code.

Has anyone had similar experiences?
If more info or similar is needed, I will send it of course.

    Is P: write- protected or read-only?
    Use Windows Explorer, browse to P:, switch to userroot\storage.
    Can you create a textfile there? Can you edit and save it? Can it be deleted?

    Are there other drivemappings available in Windows-explorer which are not accessible (remote-machine turned off, share not any longer valid etc.)
    If this problem occurs only at a certain user: if it is a domain-user, go to a different workstation and try again. Same result? -> Permissions not set properly or profile broken.

    @PlodyIce Make Sure Your window user have all privileges (Read Write Delete) to that network path. And Also You can access and modify the drive from windows explorer...
