DCS 1500 tables issue

Hi,
We have 2 DCS 1500 cutting tables onsite here and are having similar issues. The tables are either cutting shapes too small compared to the projection. Or, on something like a contoured shape, it cuts too long. Weird issues, hard to explain. Just hoping someone might have some ideas. We had a Gerber tech onsite and he wasn't sure how to fix it. He was thinking it was a software issue. Thanks!
