In DCU2500 (Single Ply Cutter) some notch's is using Dia and some notch is using Knife

We are using Accumark Version 12.0 once the marker is made from Accnest the cut file will be send to the single ply cutter. we are using v notch table, but while cutting some notch's is cutting from the dia and some notch's is cutting in round knife.
but the problem is, if it cut in dia will be correct margin and if it cuts in round knife it will cuts more the fabric.
what may be the problem in the cutter settings or we need to check in Accumark. Can any one suggest us.
