MarkPlot.exe not Working

Hi,
Hope everyone is doing well,
I'm having an issue that My MarkPlot.exe option is not working. Whenever I try to send any Marker to plotter (From right click / Plot Marker from menu or even from MarkPlot.exe itself) , the Send to Plotter option do nothing. Piece and Cut Plotting is working good. I'm also be able to open Marker Plot Options but not the Plot utility itself. Auto-Process is Turned off in Plot settings.
Whenever I run the command, The MarkPlot.exe shows-up in Task Manager but disappear after a few seconds and Main window of Marker Plot doesn't shows up. I've tried to reinstall the whole software (with/ without Using AM Cleaner both) but still didn't fixed the issue. I've all the administrative rights to My login as well removed any Printing hardware from it and Disabled the AntiVirus as well...
Really looking for a solid solution...

Can you start marker plot utility without marker? I mean from explorer's ribbon.
Is this issue present for any other model's marker too?
Is marker in file's storage (local, network) or SQL's storage?
Also, did you try reinstalling while the Anti-Virus was disabled?
@Terry Padgett I'm using AccuMark v12.0 and I've tried reinstalling it while Anti-Virus disabled but didn't worked.
@Kathy Valade I've whitelisted the entire Gerber Technology Folder...
Or rename MarkPlot and MarkPlotPT sections in registry
Sometimes you still need to add the file wplotter.exe
What antivirus you'd remove?
@Terry Padgett It is Windows 10 Pro 1809 with Build # 17763.1098
And, one more, did you try operate with registry
Tthe MarkPlot utility is keeping paramerets in winregistry. Cis some wrong parameter can not allow to start last one.
That's why i'd recomend to rename MarkPlot to MarkPlot-old. Tthen utility has to start without parametes..
You've start regedit.exe to open registry.
Proper path is on top window
