Best Way to Schedule a 1-on-1 Support from Gerber?

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has info on the best/fastest way to get help from the techs at Gerber, specifically with Accumark? We were informed when we got our software that paid tech support was available if needed, but I haven't had much luck via the CAD Support number with getting through to a tech support agent. I also sent an email to gtcsc but haven't heard back yet there either. 

Again, if anyone has been in a similar situation where they needed to use the paid tech support option and can give me some advice on how to set that up I'd be very grateful!
