Issue on MP PLOTTER 2202, one cartridge stops printing
Recently I´ve been working with a customer that has a MP 2202...
The mean problem is that when plotting one of the cartridges stops printing.....but when U press PAUSE and then PRINT both cartridges print correct but after a while one of the cartridges stops printing again.
Also, I´ve been performing some tests with only one cartridge in position number one and it stops printing after a while....and if I replace tha cartridge again it stops printing also.
Another issue is that when printing ( failing the cartridge or not ) suddendly head stops moving and begins to wind up the paper and customer has to turn off the instrument to stop it. Once again, customer turns on the plotter and begins to work with it normally.
According to what has been done with the equipment in order to have it 100% the next parts has been replaced:
- POWER SUPPLY
- FLAT CABLE PACK
- SMALL FLAT CABLES
- MASTER BOARD
- CARTRIDGE CONTROL BOARD 2 pza.
- WHEEL CLEANERS
- CABLE W/CLEANING:
- CARRIAGE ELECTRIC+ ENCODER ALIGNER
Since it seems that everything has been replaced, do U have any idea about what´s happening with the equipment?....What would U reccomend to do?
Thanks and Best Regards...
