I facing a Hang out problem, Forced to Out the PDS v12, almost twice a day. Any suggestion ?

    This overflow error usually means that the software could not get to the key, or read the license. 

    Some things to check:
    • make sure the system that has the key attached does not go to sleep, or become inactive 
    • make sure that the USB port where the key is attached does not go to sleep, or has power save settings turned on
    • sometimes it's related to a bad key
    When it happens use the Admin Control Center on the system that's getting the error - and see if it can see the key and license content on the license server. Open a browser and type in http:\\localhost:1947 .  Click on the Sentinel Keys and click on Features and verify that the features show ok
