Error when starting the Sentinel License Manager service with parameters 1280 0 0

Hello, All!
Did you meet the message "Error when starting the Sentinel License Manager service with parameters 1280 0 0." when the AccuMark v.12.2 installing is starting? Do you help me with an advice of how to solve the issue? Thanks!

    Hello - that error says there might be conflicts with the port that the security is trying to use (port 1947).  Check if port 1947 is free for usage and not per-occupied by some other application, or the virus protection software is conflicting with the hasp service.
