Plotter not able to plot on one of the particular folder

I have ver 8 accurmark and I tried to plot one style in the storage folder which I was able to plot before .  Somehow only a few markers are able plot in that particular folder and all other markers are ok to be plotted from that storage folder, I am able to see the markers and print but just not able to  plot

Will the pattern being corrupted? or will it be  some kind of virus??

I had done the following:
1) remove the complete folder and inport the zip file again
2) try to re-generate but can't (code 15060)
3) try to create new order and copy the marker . when I click to choose the size , a window pop      out and said a pattern piece is not found but still able to process the order afterward (won't work either )
4) try to create new order and just manual make the marker and still not able to plot

Please help

@hollylu Please share the Screen Shot of the Problem for better understanding and more information about markers and parameters and Plotter Model. Is Your marker width lesser than the width of the plotter.
Also i would highly recommend to upgrade Your AccuMark to latest v12 version as v8 will keep Your far behind in the market. You are missing lots of benefits and features on v8 as compare to v12...

@hollylu , check please is problem with markers only some fabric? i mean major fabric's marker are plotting well, but fuse - not...

Prior re importing the whole zip file , only the shell fabric of a size small  and Large  are not able to plot .  But after importing the file agin ,everything is unable to plot except the lining and the interlining

The plotter is made by padsystem and the fabric with is less than the plotter width parameter .

I talked to one of my Gerber user friend and he said my model might be outdated as it was created on 2012.  Can this be possible?

I have over 20 folders in the storage and only this perticular is giving me issue therefore I think is the file itself as I have no problem plotting all other markers in the other folders

Plus I had plotted this folder early in February this year and there was not issue at all

I can't afford to upgrade to AM ver 12  as I only plot markers for my clients ... my expertise is is Lectra and Pads

I am waiting for someone to plot from their system also.  But It was the weekend and no one work during the weekends. I just happened to see  this link on you tube  and  thinking maybe you guys had come across  to this similar matter and can advise some quick fix but I guess I have do some more trouble shooting myself

@hollylu, here can be different reasons.
For example:
1. Marker stored temporary
2. Just updated marker - not promted - also cann't plotting.
...

So you have chack cell "status", as well View- ProcessLog

Always run Check One Storage area after restoring data into a storage area. Run it 3 times with option "Verbose" checked.

Checkfiles is an AccuMark utility that should be run on a regular basis to ensure that your data remains "balanced" and accessible at all times. This program is on all AccuMark versions.

You mean if some folder has not been used for a while , the file will become corrupted?

If you are using older software and V8 format storage areas, the potential of corrupting data is greater. The old V8 format has a limit to how many data items it can contain. Running checkfiles keeps the data balanced and prevents errors when large amounts of data is manipulated, removed or updated.
How many marker or plot data items do you have in this storage area?

224 mb contain 5004 files , 237 folders

That is within tolerance. Run the check on it and you should be able to reopen it.

I think you are very close solving the issue... I checked the file 3 time with the vebose checked as you indicated  and   I was able to see the marker on the plotter window as pending for one second and then it disappeared

Is this a marker file you are plotting or do you plot saved plot files?

This is the markers file I wanted  to plot.  

I was able to convert to cut file and plot  from the same computer and the same plotter which what I had to do to get the production running for the time being as you know cut file has no writing on the pattern and we have to manual write down the size and bundle code ,  It is so frustrating!

I could not understand why only two fabric type out of the six that I am  able to plot and not the rest of them but in the mean time they are all in the same storage room and same folder

If it is a bad sector in the disk , should it be randomly be chosen any marker files ?

Not sure what is happening here. I recommend running a marker report on the other markers that will not generate plot and see if you can identify the issue.

@hollylu Your parameters look fine. Try one of Following:
1. Go to Plotter Directory "C:/Program Files/Common Files/Gerber Technology/Plotter" and Double click on wplotter.exe then plot again.
2. Copy parameters and Marker into another storage area and plot from there
3. Create a new Storage area and create new order modal there and try to plot
4. If only few fabric type markers are getting problem in same storage area, Try to make a combo marker with all fabric type in it and then plot it.

If it still didn't work, Share the zip file of Markers Your are trying to plot along with storage area parameters.) I'll check it on my v8.3 System.

P.S. For cut file numbering consider using Gerber's Labeler which I'm also using here and it saves alot of time.

So you've issue with some fabrics only.
Can you create a new order/marker with this fabric/size? There can be some problem with some piece exactly in some size... So you shouldn't process new order too, not just plot old marker s.

Do you get an error when it will not plot these markers? Please post a screenshot of the error message from Activity Log. Did you run a marker report of the markers and compare to see what may be missing for it to plot?

I don't get any error at all as this plotter is not from Gerber and it has its own parameter .  If the marker is able to plot I will see the preview of it but if it is unable to plot I won't see it

I don't know what is causing the issue and seeing that this is not a Gerber plotter, there could be limitations with the receiving file. Please follow up with your plotter provider and give them your plot file in hpgl format. They may be able to figure out why some plots will not process.

Do you can "plot" to DOSfile? Create plt/dxf file?

Do i i t correct: marker made on am11 in storage v8. Now you try plot/regenerate on am v8?
