AccuScan - v12.2

CassCass Posts: 25 Channel Partner Member
We have just loaded Accuscan 12.2 as a standalone - Windows 10, which works perfectly exporting DXF files about 4 or 6 images into a folder on the desktop specified in the export directory. All of a sudden Accuscan software states the export is successful, but when you open the specified folder there is no DXF file? Is there any known cause of this?

We do a restart of the pc and it works again for while and then bombs out again.

it sounds like something is blocking the application.  Check the documentation in the AccuMark V10 folder on the desktop, in the Training Docs\AccuMark IT Manual there is "TroubleshootingVirusScansWithAccuMark"  make sure the applications are excluded or whitelisted in your anti-virus software.  You can also try reloading the software.

You should also white list the specified DXF folder if the files are not being written to it.

also if you have any backup protection software like acronis true image it is known to block certain processes, that need to be allowed in the backup application,
