Markplot.exe crashes

Hello Team

Our customer is using AM versions 10, 11 & 12.2 installed on Windows OS with Trend Micro Apex antivirus installed. The issue is when we send the marker to plot at that time marker plot app crashes. When we uninstall the Antivirus mark plot app works fine.We have excluded all required files and folder in trend micro.

    Try excluding the entire Drive where you've installed the AccuMark (Most likely to be a C drive)...
    Also there are some folders in appdata and common files...

    Is the markplot.exe file in c:\programfiles\gerber technology\AccuMark V10\AccuMark folder (on windows 7)  Or on windows 10c:\program files(x86)\Gerber Technology\Accumark V10 or V11\AccuMark  And for version 12.2 c:\program files\gerber technology\AccuMark v12\AccuMark.  If the file is there can you double click to get it to run?  Can you right-click and run as administrator?
