network problems

Hi, we have an educational license at a college, had to update the license, did so, bus something's happened and only the main pc has license and are able to work with. other pc says:
Sentinel RMS development Kit: error 5; ..... server not runing.
We tried to restart remote server in lic file, but unsuccesfully, also restarted our servers manually.
Maybe any ideas what might be? Why other pc's not loading the license?

    Did something change in the network?  If you open the install.lic icon on the desktop of the server are you still seeing the features? In the install.lic icon there is a button to restart server, have you pressed that?

    What version did you update the license on server? All the clients and server must be on the same version of software, even if you only update the drivers on the server. In other words, if your clients are on V9.0 the license needs to be for V9.0
