Plotter printing

Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to read this post.  Hoping this is a relatively quick one for someone to help with.
We appear to have an anomalie when we are sending design pieces from the Accumark software to the Plotter (Hp500) in that it prints the selected design pieces on seperate pieces of paper when it used to plot them all on a single sheet.
Have looked around for obvious settings but not being a regular user of this software etc. it's hard to distinguish what settings could make a change.  If anyone could shed some light on what we could try within the software that would be greatly appreciated.
It used to plot all selected design pieces on a single sheet but as I said, at the moment, it'll print a single piece, cut, then start again with the next one.
Please help!

if the users are sending data from AccuMark explorer make sure the stacking box is checked. if they are sending from pattern design check the plot tab in the preferences to make sure stacking is set to yes

    The hp500 isn't wide plotter.
As I suppose accumark is plotting piece in secunce you select last ones. A accumark reserve for each piece rectangle by edges points, add separator, ...
Cos you've select not big pieces next small. But big, few small, next big, few small...

Or use manual composition. Set nesting to ABS, and pltter keeps screen layout of pieces.
  • Thanks both, it looked like the 'stacking' tickbox appears to have fixed the problem !

Many thanks to everyone for their input and helpful comments going forwards.

    Thank you
