How do I report an incidence or bug?

Ontime Yuniqe/webPDM Suppport Portal Steps
1. In a browser type: http://support.yunique.com/login.aspx
2. Type in your email and your password
One in, click Add.
The screen will appear to add an incidence.
a. Type the incidence description at the top of the screen.
b. Using a drop down, indicate the Priority and the Severity.
c. Enter a description (can be same as incidence description or more detailed)
d. Scroll down to enter more information:
e. Add Replication Procedures, Expected behavior.
f. Scroll down to enter more information:
g. Add Comments (if any at this time or when more information is asked for) and add any Attachments (screen shots, replication steps with screen shots etc)
h. Click Save and Close
i. Your incidence is now reported.
