A Reminder from the Gerber Technology Community Team

Due to some recent posts here in the Gerber Technology Community, we'd like to remind Community users of the following from Gerber Technology's legal department:

The use of pirated Gerber software and the offering, providing or trafficking in circumvention technologies that protect Gerber's copyrighted material is a violation of your AccuMark End User License Agreement, if you are a licensee, and is also a violation of US and international copyright laws.  Gerber takes its intellectual property rights seriously and will take steps as appropriate to protect its proprietary rights.

Additionally, our Community Terms of Use -- which all users must agree to when registering for the Community -- state that:

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this
community to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually
oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative
of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the
copyright is owned by you.

We at this community also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or
whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal
action arising from any message posted by you. We log all internet protocol
addresses accessing this web site.

Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and
solicitations are inappropriate on this community.

We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason or no reason at
all. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for any reason or no
reason at all.

Our intention for the Gerber Technology Community is to provide a forum where users from around the world can connect with one another, share ideas, and inspire each other. When posts are found to be infringing, however, we reserve the right to remove those posts and pursue legal action (at the discretion of Gerber Technology's legal department).

If you have any questions or concerns, please email us: [email protected] Additionally, you can visit our Community Help Center here: https://gerbercommunity.freshdesk.com/support/home
