What should I do if I have exceeded my maximum amount of active users?

I am receiving a message that the maximum number of active users has been exceeded.

    If you are receiving this message, this means that you will not be able to add any more active users. The maximum amount of licenses has been fulfilled.

    Please contact your sales representative to purchase additional licenses. Once these licenses are added, PLM support can apply them to your environment.
